Sacral center

The Sacral is life-force, work capacity, fertility/sexuality themes, and gut response. Defined Sacral → generator or manifesting-generator (hd_type in humandesign.chart) — the driving life force of the planet in IHDS teaching (~70% combined with MG).

Generators are here to respond and find satisfaction, not to initiate from mental “should.”

Defined

Sustainable work energy when responding; gut sounds/sensations (uh-huh / uh-uh) in the now. Sacral authority (strategy: Sacral) when Solar Plexus is undefined — body truth immediately, not tomorrow’s mind list.

Frustration (not-self) signals initiating without response or staying after the Sacral has gone quiet.

Open / undefined

No fixed sustainable work force; wisdom in knowing when enough is enough. Not-self: keeping pace with Sacral-defined people indefinitely, or saying yes to prove stamina.
