PHS and environment (brief)
Primary Health System (PHS) and environment variables (in advanced Human Design) describe:
- Digestion — how your body best processes food/fuel (not a universal diet dogma)
- Environment — physical contexts where you observe and decide clearly (caves, markets, shores, etc. in teaching vocabulary)
