Trine

A trine is a 120° aspect linking planets roughly four signs apart, traditionally in the same elements. It describes flow, talent, and mutual reinforcement with relatively little resistance.

Trines can show natural gifts that run on autopilot—helpful when engaged, but sometimes underused without complementary challenge from a square or external circumstance. Grand trines (three mutual trines) highlight a closed circuit of related themes.
